Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, X, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from the social media provider, as described in the section called "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?" below.

We do not collect any information from third parties.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Google API. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your data to operate, improve, and secure the Services, or with your consent.

We process your personal information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. 4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties.

We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

5. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

In Short: If you choose to register or log in via a social media account, we may receive profile details from that provider.

Our Services let you sign in through providers such as Facebook or X. We receive the information that provider shares—commonly your name, email, profile picture, and public details—and use it only for purposes described in this notice. Please review the privacy policies of your social media providers for more on how they handle your data.

Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use, and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined here.

We retain personal information for as long as you have an account or as needed to comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements. When no legitimate need remains, we delete or anonymize the data, or securely store it until deletion is possible.

7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We use organizational and technical security measures to safeguard your personal information.

We implement appropriate security controls, but no electronic transmission or storage technology is 100 percent secure. Accessing or transmitting personal information to and from our Services is done at your own risk, and you should use a secure environment.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

By using the Services you confirm that you are at least 18 or a parent or guardian of a minor using the Services with your consent. If we learn that information has been collected from someone under 18, we will deactivate the account and delete the data. Please contact us if you believe we may have collected data from a child.

You may also withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Account holders can review or update information by logging into their settings, and can ask us to terminate their account. We may retain limited information to comply with laws, prevent fraud, or enforce agreements.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") setting. No uniform standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals currently exists, so we do not respond to them. If that changes, we will update this notice.

11. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

Yes. We update this Privacy Notice as necessary to remain compliant with applicable laws. The revised date at the top of the notice indicates when the latest changes were made.
